Sad and Grateful- Moving back to the US

We have made an emergency move back to the US. Marcia's health situation had reached a critical stage after four trips to the hospital, the last one involving 4 nights stay.

On Friday, May 21st, Marcia left the hospital in Guatemala, still critically ill. On Sunday, May 23rd she flew back to the US alone. It was stressful for both of us to say the least. Adam stayed in Guatemala long enough to sell as much as possible and make other arrangements. He then flew back to Virginia, one week later, to be with Marcia at VCU Medical Center, Richmond, Va. She spent four more nights in the hospital there before being stable enough to go "home".

We finally have a diagnosis for her illness, which is unfortunately chronic, but manageable. Now a few weeks later, she is doing much better, but the road to recover will be very long.

It is clear to us that God's plan is for us to live in the US. We hope to be well enough to make frequent trips to Guatemala or other Latin American countries to support ministries and churches through free media production and any other way we can help.

Please pray for wisdom and devine guidance as we discern what's next in life and ministry.
